Niece-sized version of Wavy
This is an adaptation of the Wavy scarf (http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEwinter04/PATTwavy.html) for a child. I decreased the width by half using only one horizontal repeat of the pattern and I decreased the length to a bit over 40 inches by using 7 verital repeats of the pattern. I used size 5 needles and Encore worsted weight yarn in purple.
